The Cashie River at Windsor has already reached Moderate Stage flooding, and the Blackwater River near Franklin, Va has also reached Moderate Stage flooding and will come close to Major Stage flooding sometime Monday. To our south, the Northeast Cape Fear River at Chinquapin and near Burgaw have already reached Major Stage flooding and are receding.
