Arlington National Cemetary

Did you know that Arlington National Cemetary was the home of Robert E. Lee? His wife inherited the estate upon her father's death, but she and her husband left the property at the start of the Civil War. After the war, Lee never returned to the property as far as we know, but his wife did only to not get out of her carriage being upset over the property being a cemetary.
