Support Benefit

Did you know that the national cut-rate dialup providers charge extra for support calls? One provider didn't even post their rates, and another we saw charges $1.95 per minute. We've had several people come and sign up with us that said they had a problem, and the support fees for one call were about $30.00.

XpressCom.Net doesn't charge anything for support calls. And if you bring the computer to us, we'll do the initial setup fix connection problems free. We also have a 24-hour hot line that you can use if you have a problem ouside of regular business hours.

If you have a support issue, first call our office at 919-735-8118 (800-849-6222 if the regular number is not a local call for you). If our office is closed and you need immediate assistance, call the host line at 919-705-7090 and leave us a message including your name, phone number, and a brief description of the problem. We'll return your call as soon as possible.

 

Are you infected with Spyware?

Most likely, if you don't have anti-spyware software running on your computer, it has some form of spyware infection. Anti-Virus software is not enough anymore.
